On July 17th 2014, Chahal founded Gravity4, to disrupt the software and advertising industries together, by automating a $100 billion market that is still manually driven.
Gurbaksh is a die-hard Internet entrepreneur. In January 1999, he started his first company, ClickAgents at the age of 16. It was one of the first ad networks focused around performance-based advertising. Eighteen months later he sold it for $40 million to ValueClick.
In January 2004, he launched his second company, BlueLithium. The company focused on data, optimization, and analytics and became a pioneer in behavioral targeting. BlueLithium was named one of the top 100 private companies in America for three years in a row by AlwaysOn, and in 2006, the company received the highest honor of Top Innovator of the Year. (Previous winners included Google, Skype, and Salesforce.com.) On September 4th, 2007, Yahoo! announced that it was acquiring BlueLithium for $300 million in cash. In September 2009, Chahal launched RadiumOne, a multi-channel DSP.

Chahal is also an international best-selling author of “The Dream,” the true inspirational tale of his entrepreneurial journey.
On April 29, 2010, Chahal was awarded the Leaders In Management Award and an Honorary Doctorate degree in Commercial Science from Pace University for his career achievements as an entrepreneur.
Chahal is also founder of the Chahal Foundation, a 501c(3) non-profit organization, focused on creating awareness of social causes, university scholarships and mentorships, supporting disaster relief efforts, and improving schools in third world countries.
Since cutting his teeth on the pioneering digital offerings of media giant Reed Elsevier, Grant has spent the last 14 years developing a unique set of skills and relationships in digital media.
Since spear-heading the initial management buyout in 2002 from global media corporation – Vivendi Universal – Grant has lead the expansion of ad2one thought the UK, into mainland Europe and Asia Pac. As Joint Group Managing Director, Grant has firmly established ad2one as the leading supply-side sales partner for many of the biggest and most influential names in digital advertising.
Grant’s responsibilities currently extend across all revenue streams within Gravity4 Europe. His immediate focus is on leading growth across new regions and opportunities.
Kevin leads Gravity4’s activities in Asia and is responsible for the company’s expansion and growth initiatives in the region. Prior to Gravity4, Kevin was CEO of Pixels, one of the largest independent multi-screen advertising technology companies in Asia, acquired by Gravity4 in November 2015. Kevin is a well-respected leader in the digital marketing and is considered a pioneer with over 18 years of experience in Asia. Prior to co-founding Pixels, Kevin held positions at 247 Media Asia and DoubleClick Media Asia. Kevin was awarded Digital Marketing Hero 2014 by the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (HKAIM) and Finalist, Young Entrepreneur Award 2015 by the South China Morning Post.
Kevin is a graduate of Pace University with a degree in Computer Information Systems.
Belinda is the CFO for Gravity4’s Asia operations and responsible for all finance and administration functions of the Asia business. Belinda is a co-founder of Pixels, acquired by Gravity4 Inc to form the core of its Asia business. Previously, Belinda was the Regional Finance Director of DoubleClick Media Hong Kong, and before this she managed the finance department for Time Life Asia. She is a seasoned executive with experience in building and leading Finance and Business Planning teams.
Belinda is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and in the Philippines. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from University of the East, Manila. She also holds a Masters from City University, Hong Kong.
Ida Løken Tenden
Ida manages our Danish and Norwegian Sales and Publishing Team for Gravity4, and EuroAds division both to direct clients, and media-agencies. Ida loves the thrill of chasing new clients, growing existing clients and motivating her sales team. She is a rigorous country manager with a strong track record of exceeding performance and growth expectations. She is also known to drive the most critical & game changing partnerships for Gravity4 – from inception to execution.
Ida holds a Bachelors in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School.
Louise brings over 10 years of experience in the Irish advertising marketplace.
She began her career on the agency side as a media planner and buyer at Precision Media. After her tenture, she later joined PHD. She has tremendous success selling cross-platform solutions at the UTV Radio Solutions. There she amassed nine of Ireland’s leading radio stations to the key agency groups. Later, she joined Ad2One in 2012 as an Account Director. Given her exceptional talent, she now manages both the agency and publisher relationships for Ad2One Ireland as the Commercial Director. She has a unique talent for identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions that solves customer needs.
She holds a Masters in Marketing and a Diploma in Advertising from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
Susan has spent the last 10 years on the media side and worked across various media groups.
As head of business development for the Nordics, she leads all business development discussions related to the distribution for Gravity4’s App Center. She plays a strategic role with partners on the supply side, as well as spearheads the resolution of any complex problems with strategic advertisers & accounts. Prior to Gravity4, she was head of Business Development from MTG TV AS.
Susan has a Masters in International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
Mairi brings over 20 years of expertise in advertising sales, account management, marketing. She has spent over 15 years in publishing & media in New Zealand, garnering her to be the subject matter expert. Prior to joining Ad2One, Mairi held senior digital & integrated media roles at NZME, Fairfax Media & TVNZ, where she was the inaugural ‘Sales Person of the Year’. She has championed numerous awards across multi media, among from the likes of: Tourism Australia, Maybelline NY, Daniel Le Brun & Fonterra.
In her spare time, Mairi runs a food blog called Toast – drawing inspiration from her favourite cookbooks, admired food writers, appreciable food bloggers, her Mum, her Grandmothers and friends.
Mairi holds dual degrees in Bachelor of Law and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
Ulrika manages all aspect of our sales & customer success for the entire Nordics division of Gravity4. She utilizes the analytical insight to help focus on customer lifecycle strategy, and builds programs to ensure customer success – both in the short and long term. Prior to this role, she spent 8 years as the Lead Business Consultant at EuroAds. She is an accomplished leader, with an aptitude to rapidly build and retain world class teams in diverse organization environments.
Ulrika brings vast travel industry expertise as well, having worked in several positions all over the Europe. She loves to travel as her time permits. She enjoys experiencing new cultures and meeting new people. She thrives in an environment where she can constantly develop and believes that the only limitations in your way are those that are created by yourself.
Farai holds the Gravity4 Financial Director role and is responsible for all Financial functions for the UK, Europe, U.S and Latin America. He received his training through Fraser Alexander in Johannesburg South Africa after having acquired his B.Comm Finance degree at the University of Botswana.
Through the S.A Bulkmech Division Farai led Financial operations in Southern African Anglo America entities before moving to the UK and working for U.S based Media Health Group. He joined the newly established ad2one in 2002 helping grow the company into a successful global brand operating across several countries and continents.
Farai has 15 years digital media experience along with proven expertise in multinational financial processes and solutions.
Julian is a seasoned digital advertising executive with over 17 years of experience at his helm.
He currently leads all of Gravity4’s activities in the UK. Prior to Gravity4, he co-founded ad2one with Grant Allaway and served the role as Managing Director. With their combined leadership, they created the largest independent advertising digital sales house across UK with offices across Europe and APAC. Prior to ad2one, Julian held several senior media sales positions at Reed Business Information.
Julian is a graduate of Surrey University with a degree in Business Studies.
Jari Keränen is the Country Manager for Gravity4 Finland and responsible for all business lines within the Finnish market.
Jari has 16 years of experience within B2B. For the past 6 years he has been the Senior Sales Manager at Elisa, establishing a digital media for a Telecom company. Prior to that he was working in mobile application business. In his spare time, he loves sports, traveling, movies and to spend time with his family.
Jari has a BBA in Marketing. He also has extensively studied international business.
Javier started working in digital marketing in 2000, when he and others collaborated to launch TradeDoubler in Spain. In 2002 he was awarded the honor of being named “The Best TD Account Manager in Europe”. By 2008, he was the Head of Consultancy, managing a team of 20 people and significant international responsibilities.
In 2008 Javier left TradeDoubler to launch Valueclick’s Commission Junction in Spain. He later joined technology company Aedgency in Barcelona as the Head of Global Sales. In February 2014, Javier joined EuroAds. Within one year, his team grew company revenues in Spain by 900%.
A self-confessed “geek,” he founded the biggest board gaming and wargaming association in Madrid.
Andrés is spearheading the initiative in Columbia to build and expand the extended LATAM operation. He is an entrepreneurial leader, skilled at building dynamic teams in high-growth environments.
As an entrepreneur, in 2007, he was the co-founder of a pioneer e-commerce and incentive company, managing all the online redemption prizes for banking customers. Prior to Gravity4, he was leading Citibank’s Internet Channel in Colombia, managing strategic relationships with media agencies and publishers. His experience also include management roles at ABN AMRO, Accenture and Rockwater. With 15 years of sales, entrepreneurship, and consultancy work experience, he believes the era of one-to-one marketing is just beginning, and that the innovative company Gravity4 is meant to lead it.
Andrés spends his free time competing on tennis courts and cycling with friends. He received his BSc. in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes. He also holds MBA from Inalde Business School at Universidad de la Sabana.
Jon has over 20 years in entrepreneurship having built and grown various businesses from the ground up and has truly found his niche in media and digital advertising.
Prior to joining G4, Jon co-founded Go Media, NZ’s largest privately owned outdoor media company and went on to grow JetMax Travel Media and Spotu Digital alongside Simon Apperley. Having won various awards in Sales and Marketing, Jon brings a hands on approach to sales management and people development. Jon prides himself on building long lasting partnerships.
Jon holds a Diploma in Business, is a Member of the NZ Institute of Management and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
Simon Founded Spotu Digital which is a dynamic email adserving platform which is used across APAC by Airlines, Loyalty programs and Travel aggregators.
Simon is a solutions based analyst with a zest for life having recently completed the Gobi Desert Ultramarathon. With over 13 years experience in developing and building various Media companies, Simon has a wealth of knowledge creating Ancillary revenue for Publishers across all facets of digital media.
Simon is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors.
Daniel is a digital advertising executive with over a half decade of experience in interactive media, sales leadership, social media, influencer marketing and with the use of big data applied to marketing. Prior to being Country Manager of Gravity4 Mexico, he has held senior executive positions at VoxFeed, Medula, Privalia and Groupon Mexico.
His passion has always been to exceed his country’s sales revenues while maintaining strong relationships with media agencies and direct brands. Daniel’s diligent work ethic also has made him a true leader in developing leading sales teams in his respective region.
In 1998, Giuliano launched one of the first digital agencies in Brazil, allowing him to pioneer the digital growth of Brazil’s digital advertising culture. Since then, Guiliano has worked on all sides of advertising – as the brand, the agency, and the publisher – allowing him to gain a deep knowledge and understanding of the dynamic market. Prior to becoming Gravity4’s Brazil Country Manager, Giuliano worked at Editora Abril, Grupo RBS, and Sociomantic Labs. He also actively teaches programmatic advertising at ESPM University in Brazil.
